Please read this agreement carefully and understand your rights and obligations before selling diabetic test strips to Dollarbetics USA.

I confirm that I am an individual 21 years of age or older residing in the United States of America (USA).

I understand that Dollarbetics USA (www.dollarbeticsusa.com) provides a platform for individuals to sell excess diabetic testing supplies.

I certify that I am the sole and lawful owner of the item(s) being sold to Dollarbetics USA, or that I have full authorization from the rightful owner to sell such items. I understand that if any item is determined to be stolen or unlawfully obtained, I will not receive payment and the items will not be returned.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dollarbetics USA, including its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the sale of my item(s), including third-party claims.

I consent to be contacted by Dollarbetics USA through any contact information I provide, including but not limited to SMS/text messages, phone calls (including automated or prerecorded messages), email, and mail.

I confirm that all diabetic test strips I am selling are in their original sealed boxes, unopened and unused.

Payment & Product Conditions:

Dollarbetics USA does not pay for expired items. Any expired boxes received will be discarded.

Dollarbetics USA does not pay for damaged items. Damaged items may be discarded or donated at our discretion if usable.

Dollarbetics USA only purchases U.S. retail boxes with valid NDC (National Drug Code) numbers. We do not accept international versions.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, provided that the items received accurately match the description submitted.

All shipments are inspected upon receipt. If discrepancies are found, Dollarbetics USA reserves the right to adjust the final payment amount accordingly.

All sales are final. Items sent to Dollarbetics USA will not be returned.

Right to Refuse or Limit Transactions:

Dollarbetics USA reserves the right to refuse any shipment or transaction, limit submissions, or cancel any transaction at its discretion.

We may refuse or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of federal or state laws.

Legal & Enforceability:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any unenforceable portion will be severed, and all remaining provisions will remain fully valid and enforceable.
